By accessing or using the AIEA Agents platform, APIs, or SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the AIEA Agents to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or coordinate cyberattacks.
• Spam, defraud, or impersonate individuals or organizations.
• Process highly classified government data without deploying our secure On-Prem VPC solution.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. API Usage & Rate Limits

Each subscription tier includes a defined number of tokens per month. Exceeding your quota will result in per-token overage billing at the rates specified in your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive usage without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content generated by our AI agents based on your inputs is owned by you. AIEA Agents retains ownership of the underlying model weights, API infrastructure, and platform code.

4. Limitation of Liability

AIEA Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
